International Primates Rescue UK is a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales with registered number 5846510 and is a registered charity with Charity registered number 1118837.
Our principal objects as set out in our constitution are:
- to relieve the suffering of non-human primates in any part of the world which are in need of care and attention and in particular to rescue and provide care and treatment for such primates that are unwanted, abandoned, neglected or ill-treated;
- to advance the same by the provision of grants to individuals and organizations; and
- to advance the education of the public in all matters concerning non-human primates and in particular the care and treatment of such animals and the effects of separating infants from their parents.
